Can I pay my dues with a credit card?
No. There are fees associated with the use of a credit card that would be charged to the Association. These fees in turn would be part of the budget and passed on to the Owners at Cypress Place.
What is the Move-in Fee for?
The Move-in Fee is charged upon the change of residency in a unit. The fee helps to fund repairs to paint, drywall, carpet and special garbage pickups that moving in and out generates.
Can I have a different parking space? Can I buy another parking space?
Parking spaces are assigned in the Declaration for Cypress Place Condominium to a specific unit and cannot be “reassigned”. There are no “extra” parking spaces for sale or rent.
Where do my visitors park?
Visitors can park in your assigned space or on the street. Cypress Place Condominium does not have any visitor parking at all.
Where do I get a parking pass?
Parking passes are $3.00 each and can be purchased from INTEGRA. Cash or checks are accepted. Checks are payable to Cypress Place Condominium.
Where do I get a Fob or replacement key to the front door?
Each can be purchased from INTEGRA. Fobs cost $25.00 each & Keys cost $50.00. Cash or checks are accepted. Checks are payable to Cypress Place Condominium.
Why does the Association want a key to my unit?
Residents are not always home when disaster strikes. Cypress Place is a stacked complex and in the event of an emergency, such as a water leak, it is important the Association can gain access quickly to mitigate and assess damage. There is also routine annual inspection of the fire suppression system. INTEGRA has safety protocols in place to make sure your key is not misplaced.
Someone is parked in my space, what do I do?
To file a complaint about someone parking in your space, you need to have the space number, make, model and license plate number of the vehicle [a picture is very helpful]. Check to see if there is a Cypress Place parking pass in the car and if so what is the number? Place a note on the car. Call INTEGRA at 360-656-5091 with the information. If it is after hours, call INTEGRA and get the emergency number, then call that and provide the information to the on call person. Be advised that it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 or more hours to tow a vehicle. If the car moves before the tow truck arrives call INTEGRA back and let them know.
